Who we are
This website, bennysphuket.com, is operated by Benny’s Cocktails & Grill, 5/6 Soi Had Bangtao, Cherngtalay, Thalang District, Phuket 83110, Thailand (“we”, “us”).
We are the data controller under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

We do not sell personal data.
Online bookings
Table reservations are processed by our booking provider eRestaurants (erestaurants.co). It receives the details you enter in the booking form. Please also see its privacy policy.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We only use non-essential cookies after you give consent in our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category.

When you allow advertisement cookies, some events, for example a booking confirmation, may also be sent to Meta from our server. This keeps ad measurement working when browsers block cookies, and it only happens with your consent.
We use Google Consent Mode. Until you consent, Google tags do not load on this site.
Sharing and international transfers
We share data only with the service providers we need:
- eRestaurants, for bookings.
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager).
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram advertising).
- CookieYes, which records consent choices.
- Our website hosting provider.
Some of these providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside Thailand, including in the United States. They do so under their own data protection terms and contractual safeguards (PDPA Sections 28 and 29).
How long we keep data
- Booking and contact records: up to 2 years after your last visit or message, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Cookies: for the durations shown in the table above.
- Consent records: for as long as needed to demonstrate consent.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out.
- Access your personal data and receive a copy of it.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Object to processing.
- Ask for your data to be deleted or anonymised.
- Restrict processing.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand: www.pdpc.or.th.
