What Is the Sunday Japanese Wagyu Experience?
It is our signature Sunday evening. One exceptional ingredient, A4 Kagoshima Wagyu, served through three distinctive preparations that bring together Japanese craftsmanship and bold flavour. It is designed to be enjoyed slowly, at the table, with the people you chose to spend your Sunday with.
Three Preparations of A4 Kagoshima Wagyu
Three cuts, three unique experiences, all from A4 Kagoshima Wagyu chuck roll. You can order each one on its own or enjoy all three on the Japanese Wagyu Tasting Platter, recommended for one or two guests and served with grilled peppers, grilled shiitake, fresh wasabi, lemon, ponzu beef jus and tare glaze.
Wagyu Tataki
Lightly seared Zabuton (Denver cut), served at room temperature with ponzu and crispy garlic.
Wagyu Kushiyaki
Two charcoal-grilled chuck flap skewers, finished with tare glaze, sesame and togarashi.
Chuck Eye Steak
250 g (8.8 oz) of chuck eye, one of the most prized muscles of the chuck roll. Served with grilled peppers, grilled shiitake, fresh wasabi, lemon and ponzu beef jus.
Why A4 Kagoshima Wagyu?
Kagoshima, in the south of Japan, is one of the country’s best-known Wagyu regions. In the Japanese grading system, A is the highest yield grade, while 4 represents exceptional marbling, texture and flavour. On Sundays we feature A4 Kagoshima Wagyu chuck roll.

Sunday is one of four Weekly Happenings: Wednesday is Steak & Jazz Night with live jazz from 7pm, Friday is Fish Fridays and Saturday is Latin Saturdays with live Latin music. We are open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays.
